The National Geographic Channel aired a documentary about a man who teaches wolf pups how to do wolf stuff and I missed it. When I first read about a man living a lupine life, I thought, "Cool," because I thought it was like those freaks who think they are vampires and drink people's blood, except they don't burst in the sunlight and don't live forever.
Turns out this wolf-man is more sad pathetic freak than just weird freak. I was looking forward to watching a man who lives like a werewolf, like Jack Nicholson and James Spader in "Wolf" or maybe even an excessively hairy person (like the female pharmacist I used to work with). I was disappointed.
Jenny and I have discussed what superpowers we'd like to have, but I don't think I've thought about what kind of supernatural being or character I'd rather be although I've always had a place in my heart for ruby slippers.
I wouldn't want to be a vampire, werewolf, zombie, demon or wendigo. (I get the feeling those require spending a lot of time being naked.)
I think I'd choose to be a witch--one with flying monkeys, but normal skin.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?

First, I'd like to be a wizard. I think they have more power. Then a witch. Lastly a vampire. I want magic powers far more than immortality.
